Hello! I am Alyssa Pelletier, a Graphic Communication major at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. One of the classes we are required to take Graphic Communication 400, which is – for all intents and purposes – an independent study project where we discover a need or problem in the world and explore how Graphic Communication can help. Because I have a love for animals and a passion for photography, I thought it would be perfect for me to create a PERSONAL blog detailing my adventures at the San Luis Obispo Animal Shelter. Hopefully, I’ll be able to provide personalized entries about specific animals at the shelter, as well as promoting awareness of shelter events and providing general animal well-being to the public.
